By using PlantMind, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Using the service
PlantMind provides plant tracking, reminders, AI assistance, and weather-related features.
- You are responsible for protecting your account and login credentials.
- The app provides general guidance and is not professional agricultural advice.
- AI outputs and plant identification results may be inaccurate; you use them at your own discretion.
- The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless we explicitly agree otherwise.
- You must not misuse the service or attempt to disrupt or compromise it.
User content (plants, photos, and chat)
You control what you upload and submit through the service.
- You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us permission to process it to provide the service (e.g., storage, identification, AI responses).
- Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes the rights of others.
- You are responsible for the content you submit and for keeping backups you need.
Subscriptions and payments (PayPal and In‑App)
Paid plans (Free / Pro Basic / Pro Plus) may be offered. Payment methods depend on your platform:
- Web: payments may be processed via PayPal under PayPal’s terms.
- Android: payments may be processed via Google Play In‑App Purchases under Google Play’s terms.
- iOS: payments may be processed via Apple In‑App Purchases under Apple’s terms (when available).
- We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by the payment provider; we may store subscription status and identifiers needed for verification.
- Prices and features may change over time and will be shown in the app/platform.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled by the platform/payment provider:
- Google Play purchases: refunds and cancellations follow Google Play policies; subscription management is done in Google Play.
- PayPal payments: refunds and cancellations follow PayPal policies and may require review depending on the transaction status.
- Apple purchases: refunds and cancellations follow Apple policies; subscription management is done in the App Store (when available).
- Some payments may be non-refundable where the platform policies allow.
- If you experience a billing or activation issue, contact us and we will help you verify where possible.
Availability and changes
- We may update the service, modify features, or discontinue parts of the service.
- We may update these terms from time to time; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
